We are now awaiting publication on the Ministry&#8217;s website, which will coincide with the entry into force of the decree<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\">Within 30 days of the entry into force of the decree, the\u00a0rules for accessing the benefits are expected and will be contained in another document on which the Ministry and GSE are reportedly working.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-3 wp-block-paragraph\">There are two types of concessions, namely a tariff incentive and a non-repayable contribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-small-font-size wp-elements-4 wp-block-paragraph\">The first, the tariff incentive, is aimed at the entire national territory and involves a\u00a0saving on the costs of energy produced by those who make up the Renewable Energy Community and an incentive tariff on shared energy.
